However, if 99 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. To complete the return, proof of purchase is required. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed. If a refund is issued, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, and it may take 5-7 business days to appear in the account. If exchanging for a different product, the new product will be shipped once the product being exchanged is received. For any issues, customers are advised to email support@hollowsocks.com. Please note that refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
